YAML Voorhees

YAML Voorhees is the enigmatic warden of castle Schattenburg. Wearing a Venetian mask and a long blue robe, he is a silent and imposing figure who oversees the prison where the most dangerous shadow monsters are contained.

Role in the Lore

In Black Forest Shadow, YAML Voorhees is warden of the prison. When Gord sees him outside the castle, she questions him for leaving his post, but he says that Jack has reached the castle and wants to find the Okterakt to let Angra out.

Trivia

• His name is a nod to YAML (a data serialization language common in DevSecOps).
